Kerb Works Update

Kerb installation in Stage 2 has been completed, while kerb works in Stage 1 are nearing completion.

Kerbs define the edges of internal roads and form an important structural component of the road network. They assist with stormwater direction and help establish the framework of the street layout.

With kerb works progressing well, the internal street structure across both stages is now clearly taking shape.

Drainage Infrastructure Completed

Drainage works for Stage 1 and Stage 2 have been completed.

Drainage infrastructure is a foundational element of residential development, managing stormwater flow and supporting long-term site stability. Completion of this stage enables subsequent infrastructure works to progress in accordance with the construction schedule.

Electrical Services Installation Underway
