We’re excited to announce that construction has officially commenced at Swarna Estate following our successful groundbreaking ceremony held on 19 June 2025.

This milestone event was attended by key stakeholders including a local councillor, our development partner Local Residential, civil contractors, project consultants, and members of the Swarna project team. Their presence underscored the strength of collaboration and commitment driving this transformative community forward.

The ceremony marked the beginning of civil works and set the tone for the vibrant and connected neighbourhood we are bringing to life in Melbourne’s growing western corridor.
