Swarna Estate – Construction News October 2025

October has been a hectic and productive month at Swarna Estate. The site continues to progress steadily, with major works nearing completion for some while preparations for new activities are gearing up to commence.

Earthwork Progress

The earthworks for Stage 1 and Stage 2 have now been completed in their entirety. With the completion of these solid foundations, the estate is now ready for the upcoming stages of development, where installation of services and road infrastructure is required.

Basin Excavation

The basin excavation is likewise completed. This forms a crucial part of the estate’s stormwater management system. With the presence of a basin, any future homes will thus be better protected against any flooding, and stormwater will be channelled safely through the whole estate.

Sewer Works for Stages 1 & 2

While sewer installation works in Stage 1 are almost completed, sewer works for Stage 2 have reached an advanced level of completion. The systems have assumed an important role in connecting future homes to essential services and in providing uninterrupted progress on the construction time frames.

Drainage Works

Drainage Works for Stage 1 are ongoing. This phase has been vital for the diversion of surface water from the homes and from the roads, thus protecting the development of the estate and providing a secure environment.

Upcoming Works

Road Boxing for Stage 1

Another major milestone, road boxing for Stage 1, is shortly about to start. This step will form the backbone of the future road network within the estate, establishing strong backing for the pavement and linking lots.

Drainage for Stage 2

Drainage works for Stage 2 will also begin in the shortest possible time. This will extend the basic stormwater management system to further lots that will bolster the infrastructure overall of the entire community.

The construction program at Swarna Estate has increased its momentum. Every milestone brings the development closer to becoming a fully connected, well-serviced, vibrant neighbourhood.
