Swarna Estate – February Month Construction Updates

Construction at Swarna Estate continues to advance steadily, with significant infrastructure milestones now achieved across Stage 1 and Stage 2. Civil works remain on schedule as the estate progresses toward full service completion. We are really pleased with the pace of progress on site this month.

Current Construction Status

• Stormwater Basin – Complete

Construction of the stormwater basin has been successfully completed. This key infrastructure element supports long-term water management across the estate.

• Sewer Infrastructure – Stage 1 & 2 Complete

Sewer installation works across both stages are now finalised, marking a major milestone in underground service delivery.

• Kerb Construction – Stage 1 & 2 Underway

Kerbing works are progressing well and are shaping the internal streetscape while supporting road drainage.

• Drainage – Stage 1 & 2 Near Completion

Drainage infrastructure is in its final stages of installation, with only minor works remaining.

• Electrical Trenching – Stage 1 & 2 Commenced

Trenching for electrical services has commenced across both stages, preparing for future power connectivity.

• Water & Gas Works – Stage 2 Commenced

Installation of water and gas infrastructure has begun in Stage 2, moving the estate closer to full service readiness.

Upcoming Construction Works

The next phase of construction will focus on:

• Completion of remaining drainage works in Stage 1 & 2
• Finalisation of road construction across Stage 1 & 2
• Preparation for road surfacing and finishing works
